HOW TO USE

🥛 BUTTERMILK MARINADE

Mix JFC 12 Herbs & Spices into buttermilk, add your chicken and coat thoroughly. Refrigerate while marinating, keeping the chicken at or below 5°C.

When you’re ready to cook, remove the chicken from the marinade and coat it in your seasoned flour mixture.

🍗 SEASONED FLOUR COATING

Mix JFC generously through plain flour to create a flavour-packed coating.

Coat your chicken thoroughly, pressing the seasoned flour onto the surface to help create those delicious crispy, craggy edges.

For even bigger flavour, use JFC in both the buttermilk marinade and the flour coating.

🔥 COOK IT YOUR WAY

Deep-fry, air-fry or oven-bake your coated chicken until beautifully golden, crispy and completely cooked through. For food safety, chicken should reach at least 75°C in the centre.

QUICK JFC CRISPY CHICKEN

Marinate chicken in buttermilk mixed with JFC 12 Herbs & Spices.

Mix another generous amount of JFC through plain flour. Remove the chicken from the marinade, coat thoroughly in the seasoned flour and cook until crispy, golden and cooked through.

Serve with chips, slaw and your favourite dipping sauce.
